Ice cream tastes good. But no service outside. Make yourself easy. Ice from plastic cups which are then thrown away. Tables are not disinfected, I haven't seen them as long as we were there. It's been better before.

Usually you're enthusiastic, but only suitable for pick-up during COVID. The outside area is open, but you have to get your own ice cream at the counter and you only get a plastic cup ... according to the counter staff they have no service. Very delicious ice cream parlor with a huge selection! Schedule time to flip through the map. Decision is not easy. Outside you sit nicely in a garden. Opposite is a small but nice public seating for the quick ice cream in the waffle

I stopped by on 20.10. in Langenzenn. I asked the two service ladies if they also offer cappuccino to go. They said yes and asked me if I want small or large. I chose a large one and saw on their offer that normally cappuccino cost 2.40 €. When they gave me the cappuccino they asked for 4 €... Guys, 4 € for a large cappuccino to go mainly consisting out of milk is nothing else than a bad joke. After years of being a friendly guest in your parlors, this behavior is really annoying and damaging reputation built up.
